Annual Support Package CNC tables

Who does this apply to ?

This support package is available to owners/operators of CNC tables in Australia (including PlasmaCam & Samson tables), where the table was originally purchased from another business and NOT from Surefire / Weldclass (formerly Jaymac).

This provides phone and email access to our Australian technical support team, to assist with any issues you may have. 

 

How does it work ?

This package is an initial up-front "subscription" cost of $2500 +GST, which is structured to allow you to offset/redeem this investment against ongoing purchases of consumables and spare parts for your plasma torch and table. 

Here's how it works:

1. Purchase an online voucher for $2500 +GST ($2750 incl GST)

2. This will give you access to technical support for 12 months

3. You will also recieve a voucher code, which will allow you to purchase FREE Plasma/CNC parts*;

  • Use the voucher code during checkout, when purchasing Plasma/CNC parts on this web store*
  • Over the 12 month period, you can redeem against the voucher as many times as you wish
  • Voucher total value is $2500 +GST / $2750 incl. GST 
  • Voucher expires after 12 months

The voucher system is a win-win arrangement, which allows us to provide ongoing tech support and you are rewarded with access to up to $2500+GST of FREE parts/consumables, at no extra cost.

How to get started:

2. Add qty 1 Voucher to cart and complete the order

3. You will recieve an email with your voucher code which you can use for online purchases of parts/consumables

4. You can now contact Surefire for support, as required

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

Voucher purchase and redemptions can only be made online via this website, and only for items listed on this website. Vouchers are NOT redeemable against orders placed by email or phone, or for items not listed on this website. 
Vouchers are not refundable. The remaining balance on any voucher after expiry (12 months from purchase) is retained by Surefire/Weldclass and is not refundable.
Voucher codes must not be shared to any other party. Surefire does not accept resposibility for lost, stolen or misused vouchers codes. If a voucher code is found to have been shared to, or used by, another party other than the original purchaser, Surefire/Weldclass reserves the right to cancel the voucher without refund. 
Technical support includes access to Surefire Australia technical support team via phone, email, and/or video as required. We do not offer support onsite. We will offer all the support and advice that we can, however our ability to resolve some technical issues (especially software licensing support) may be limited by the policies and service provided by the manufacturer of the equipment (for example, PlasmaCam USA). All support cases will be resolved as quickly as possible, however we do not guarantee response or resolution times as these can be affected by fluctuations in volume/demand and the level of resource in our team that is available at the time.
Purchase of this technical support package does not include or imply any warranty support (such as replacement or repair of faulty parts) relating to the product/equipment. At our discretion only, Surefire may chose to assist with a warranty claim for product that was not purchased from Surefire/Weldclass and in such cases replacement parts must be purchased in full and will be refunded only after return of the faulty part to Surefire/Weldclass, and only after warranty has been confirmed/verified.
